The problem
A closed-loop physical process was managed manually, introducing drift and operator variability that limited throughput and quality consistency.
What I built
Embedded firmware on an STM32 microcontroller implementing a real-time control loop with sensor integration and actuator output. The system was validated on a hardware bench against the actual process constraints.
Outcome
